Services
I am a community services specialist who has worked in sector for 15 years across a broad strata of domains. I have practiced in both Meanjin and Naarm. I specialise in LGBTIQA/SB+ and 'mainstream' family and intimate partner violence (inclusive of working alongside those who have enacted harm), peer workforces, family services, community and public health, disability and mental health. My services are provided for grassroots collectives, and not for profit, private and government sectors. In order to ensure my services are accessible, my fees are sliding scale. I offer an hourly rate and a flat rate for larger bodies of work.
Transformation
I provide high level collaboration alongside organisations to transform their approaches in the work in relation to centring communities who have been marginalised by the dominator culture. From constitution, to operating models to policy and practice.
Intersectional Applied Practice
I provide strategic advice, undergo planning and implementation alongside organisations whose vision is to embed and sustain applied intersectional practice. From strategic planning, to project design, to Rainbow Tick Accreditation to practice guides and frameworks.
Consciousness Raising
I provide bespoke training and workshops to enhance and uplift understandings of self, other and community in the work. I facilitate communities of practice, webinars and am available for panel facilitation and other public speaking opportunities.
