Clinical Supervision & Reflective Practice
Services
I am a community services specialist who has worked in sector for 15 years across a broad strata of domains. I have practiced in both Meanjin and Naarm. I specialise in LGBTIQA/SB+ and 'mainstream' family and intimate partner violence inclusive of those who enact harm, peer workforces, family services, community and public health, disability and mental health. In order to ensure my services are accessible, my fees are sliding scale.

Individual Clinical Supervision
My approaches are decolonial, liberatory and person centred. I provide 60 minute online sessions offered fortnightly or monthly for practitioners, senior practitioners, team leaders, practice leaders and other management. Limited after hours and Saturday appointments available.

Group Clinical Supervision
My approaches are decolonial, liberatory, person centred and focused upon building collective solidarity. I provide 90 minute online/onsite sessions. Please note I facilitate group supervision seperately for frontline practitioners and management.

Reflective Practice
My approaches are decolonial, liberatory, person centred and focused on building collective solidarity. I provide 90 minute online/onsite sessions. I encourage safer spaces that allow for radical and transformative sharing experiences. I am adaptive and can plan structure and themes or be guided by group led exploration.
